At Jersey Girl Candles, we understand it's hard to buy candles on line.  We try to describe each scent so you will know what you will like.  We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase but unfortunately can only accept returns on a case by case basis.

Understand that we rely on a natural product to make our candles.  As all things, soy wax is not perfect and can have flaws.  Should you have a misfit candle, please take a picture and email us at returns@jerseygirlcandles.store.  We will take a look and email you back with a resolution.  This is also helpful to us to improve our procedures and maybe changing our products.
